Services

Personal Training

I enjoy training people who are just starting out on their fitness journey or who are getting back to working out whether it’s from an injury or just living life.

I specialize in one on one training for strength and endurance paying attention to rehab and injury prevention. Areas of focus include body weight training, functional movement, middle to late stages of rehabilitation, and stretching.

I do this by offering live training sessions in person or virtually tailoring each session just for you.

Massage

We put our bodies through so much every day. I believe that working the tissues assists with better recovery and overall health of the body. With decreased aches and pains, we feel better!

I like working with repetitive stress injuries, old injuries, and postural strains. Favorites include shoulders, ankles, knees, hips, necks, and TMJ dysfunctions.

I specialize in Deep Tissue and Treatment Massage. I use cupping therapy, instrument assisted tools (IASTM), and myofascial and trigger point release techniques during massage sessions.

Life is too short to wake up in the morning with regrets. So, love the people who treat you right, forgive the ones who don’t and believe that everything happens for a reason.

If you get the chance, take it.

If it changes your life, let it.

Nobody said it would be easy, they just promised it would be worth it.
