I specialize in one on one training for strength and endurance. Areas of focus include body weight training, functional movement, middle to late stages of rehabilitation, and stretching.
I do this by offering live training sessions in person or virtually, and by having completely online programs tailored just for you.

I like working with repetitive stress injuries, old injuries, and postural strains. Favorites include shoulders, ankles, knees, hips, necks, and TMJ dysfunctions.
I specialize in Deep Tissue and Treatment Massage. I use cupping therapy, instrument assisted tools (IASTM), and myofascial and trigger point release techniques during massage sessions.
